Wulfram is a multiplayer, action-strategy game, that allows up to 64 players per server. Control over the hovertank and destroy enemy base. The player is part of a team, and can help that team win in many different ways. Without going into excruciating detail, the players can help build new bases, help place strategic elements that allow spaceships to maneuver, help your frontline tanks by going in with a medic unit and repairing their damage on the battlefield, help the team by rushing enemy bases all alone, or be part of a large group of frontline tanks that battle it out over the territory at hand.

4. Allegiance
Allegiance is a team-oriented online multiplayer space combat simulation with real-time strategy (RTS) elements.Allegiance can be played exclusively on LAN or internet servers. While it offers a multitude of gameplay modes with up to six teams, by far the most popular is the two-team conquest mode. In this mode, each team has a designated commander who oversees the asteroid mining operation, invests in the tech tree, buys and constructs new bases and commands the team in a semi-RTS like fashion from an overhead 3D map. The gameplay area is several sectors of space filled with asteroids on which the bases are built. There are roughly five tech-trees to pursue, resulting in a vast variety of different approaches to winning the game, including but not limited to: behind-enemy-lines teleport attacks, fighter raids, bombing, capturing enemy bases, stealth attacks and big capital ships. Typical games consist of 20 to 30 players per side, but big games can support up to 200 players simultaneously.

6. Clusterball
Clusterball is an online sport, designed to invoke the same adrenaline rush as Quake and Unreal, but replacing the splatter and gore with pure gameplay.The player flies a ship through an open landscape, in which he/she can pick up balls from designated tracks. When balls have been acquired they form a visable chain behind the ship. The chain allows other players to assess the value of another player's ball chain, both in the game environment and on the radar screen. As it increases in length and value, the chain increases the ships drag factor, gradually slowing it down.The balls in the chain represent only a potential score until they are flown through the ring shaped goal in the Clusterball arena. They then disappear and are converted to points.In each theme landscape there are also warehouses containing equipment that allow the player to tackle and interfere with other players. The equipment either affects the ship or its ball chain.
7. Armagetron
In this game, you ride a lightcycle around the game grid. You can only make sharp turns of 90 degrees and a wall constantly builds up after you. Make your enemies crash into your wall, but be aware that they are trying to do the same to you. Only if you are fast enough, you may be able to trap them; but the only way to speed up your lightcycle is to drive close to the dangerous walls.
